Directions - ‘To the Sale’ signs will be posted locally on the viewing and collection days.
VAT - The vendor is Not VAT registered, therefore most of the lots will be sold as NON-VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Buyers Premium - 10% + VAT Buyers' Premium charged on all lots to a maximum of £250 per lot + VAT, subject to a minimum of £2 + VAT per lot.
Payment - All lots must be paid for before being picked up on the Collection Day. Please note that payments by Business Credit Cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge. Our bank account details are Sort Code: 40-20-30 Account Number: 71697900. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment.
Description of Lots - Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves before making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgement and not the auctioneer's or vendor's description. All lots in this sale are sold as untested and the auctioneers have little knowledge of their history or working condition.
Collection - A collection day will be held on Friday 20th February between 9.00am and 5.00pm (unless otherwise stated in the lot description), where lots should be collected, and Stags staff will be on-site to assist purchasers, along with loading facilities to aid with collection. All lots should be collected on the designated collection day unless prior arrangement has been made with the auctioneers or vendors.
Health & Safety - The vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending the sale site. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents from occurring. All persons entering the sale site do so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any health & safety notices and guidelines. Any incidents or accidents on the sales site must be reported to Stag's sales office immediately. To be clear, Stags cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of their negligence.
