DVLA Auctions of Personalised Registrations

John Pye Auctions is the official auctioneer for DVLA personalised registrations, with a dedicated DVLA Auction Team based at its Nottingham headquarters.

These auctions attract strong interest from both trade buyers and private collectors.

Around eight to nine sales are held each year, combining live events across the UK with online timed auctions. Registrations are offered with maximum reserve prices of £2,500 and all purchases are subject to VAT, a 3% Buyer’s Premium (+ VAT) and an £80 Assignment Fee.

All registrations are supplied directly by the DVLA in Swansea.
