If your email address is not recognised your simplest option is to create a new account using the “Sign-up” option in the top right of the page.

Reset your password by following the procedure below:

• Click on the “My Account” icon in the top right of the website

• Click “Login” then “Forgotten your password?”.

• Enter your email address you used on the old website

• Follow the instructions on the email sent to your inbox

Please note passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.

If you think your password has been compromised or you simply wish to change it, go to the My Account area and in the “My Profile” panel click “Edit” then enter your old password and your new password twice and click save.

Go to “My Account” and in the “My Profile” panel, click edit. Change your email address and click “Save” then the next time you login, use your new email address.
