John Pye Auctions Head office and primary East Midlands hub at Nottingham is a large 5+ acre site situated on the former premises of the iconic Star Brewery in New Basford and is the largest independent, brick built auction facility in the UK. The location was acquired by the Pye family in the mid-1990’s and now comprises six individual salerooms as well as two compounds designed for the auctioneering of vehicles.

John Pye Nottingham holds multiple auctions on a weekly basis offering a broad variety of assets including seized vehicles, electronics, luxury items such as jewellery and watches, property and much more.

The building is also home to John Pye’s head office support staff who run and maintain the company’s appraisal, valuation, logistics, IT, marketing, accounts and property operations.
