MGR Appraisals

MGR Appraisals was established in December 2009 after a management buyout of a Birmingham based national practise.

Located in St Pauls Square, Birmingham, MGR Appraisals have grown very quickly to establish themselves firmly within the market for disposing of business assets. The company has worked in conjunction with a broad range of companies including insolvency practitioners, banks, asset based lenders, solicitors and business professionals.

In their first year of operation, the company won the 2010 ‘Valuation Firm of the Year’ award by Finance Monthly magazine. In 2015 MGR Appraisals were shortlisted at the Insolvency Awards in the category of ‘Small Insolvency Valuer and Auctioneer of the Year’.

The companies two directors, Richard Mascall and James Gregory, collectively have over half a century’s worth of industry knowledge and experience as chartered surveyors, valuers and auctioneers having worked on project of all shapes and sizes.
