SIA Group was founded as an asset valuation business and auction house in the early 90’s. In 2003 the Company was formally incorporated and in 2011 the business expanded its geographical reach and services. We work on behalf of asset based lenders, banks, financial institutions, restructuring and turnaround professionals, financial sponsors, corporate and public bodies in the valuation and disposal of tangible and intangible assets. Since inception we have expanded through organic growth and today we have an efficient integrated business offering our core activities from regional offices located in London, Brighton and Bicester with geographical representation in Manchester, Yorkshire and the Midlands. We have extensive experience in appraising and disposing of assets and have the capabilities and facilities to deal with most asset situations, no matter how obscure. Our range of sales methods from on-line, on-site auctions, private treaty sales, work-outs or alternatively auctions from our sale room in Brighton enable us to maximize realization for our clients under different and often difficult circumstances. Our services include asset valuations against all types of assets for secured lending and restructuring purposes, asset disposals, collection and storage. We have the facilities and logistical support to value, dispose and collect everything from industrial and commercial assets to all types of inventory (stock).
