GJ Wisdom & Co are pleased to announce that they have again Tendered and been successfully awarded with the area of London, supplying Auctioneer Services to HM Revenue & Customs Debt Management. Having been conducting this work for over 30 years, we are pleased to continue and look forward to the challenge of operating in the nation’s capital.

This year has seen a sharp increase in liquidations, seizures & business closures, meaning that we have increased from 68 Auctions & Sales in 2022 to 73 already in 2023 with many more on the horizon. In anticipation of the increase, we took the decision to relocate to larger premises in March 2022, which come at just the right time and in addition, have just taken on a further premises next door, for the additional storage or goods being removed for Auction.

With an excellent team of dedicated staff, we are able to process and turn around Auctions at short notice, with specialists advertising in all relevant markets. This is vital for the types of clients we act for and in the sale of seized goods.

As the cost-of-living increases, so too has the demand for second hand goods, which buyers are able to obtain from Auctions such as ours, and with the huge variety of assets we sell, our customer databases are growing at a rapid rate, which again, only further indicates, that busier times are ahead of us.
