This role performs a wide variety of tasks managing all aspects of setting up and configuring on-line auctions, providing bidder support, ensuring auction invoicing and reporting is completed timely and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for ongoing auction queries including dealing with foreign buyer VAT and logistics queries. Digital skills are required to resize and edit photos for auction catalogues. The role will also provide typing and admin support for various teams. The candidate must meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload independently whilst having a high level of attention to detail, excellent written and communication skills along with advanced typing skills.

Based in Birmingham with the potential to work from other UK offices
Knowledge of auction software preferred
Proficiency in the Office365 environment with strong understanding of SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
