Hilco Valuation Services Europe is an industry leading organisation specialising in asset valuation, sales, and advisory services. We are excited to announce that we are currently expanding our team and are searching for a Machinery and Business Asset Appraiser and Project Manager.

We are looking for a self-motivated appraiser to work in our Birmingham office. The successful candidate will be a key component in an experienced team, both appraising and disposing of machinery and business assets. The candidate will be able to analyse and process data, have excellent written, numeric and communication skills.

We are seeking both experienced and trainee level candidates who are computer literate with good keyboard skills. This role will require National and International travel.

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to work within the Birmingham office Machinery & Business Assets team, where we currently have 5 valuers and 2 office / auction administrators. Whilst the Birmingham office would be your usual office of work, with a national footprint there are often requirements nationally that you would be asked to assist with.

The role of a Project Manager would be to work alongside the valuation and auction team in various day to day operational requirements of ongoing casework, that requires multiple involvement and attendance at various locations.
