BIDDING:

Bidding opens at 9am on Tuesday 14th November 2023 and closes on Friday 17th November 2023 at 12 noon. Upon bidding ending the Auctioneers, Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited (“MBV”), will consider the winning bids for acceptance and seek approval from the vendor prior to sale completion.

MBV reserves the right to reject any bid which does not reflect a reasonable value.
