22nd June 2023
Auction News is pleased to announce the launch of its new website today, 22nd June 2023.
"We're really excited to be launching the new website today" commented Operations Director Gemma Ashton. "We've incorporated lots of improvements designed to enhance our user's auction browsing experience and make finding the auctions you're most interested in easier than ever!
"The new site looks very different, however, we've kept the main menu positions and overall layout similar to the existing site so you'll soon feel at home navigating around." said Gemma.
Main features of the new site:
New improved user-friendly dashboard
Designed for ease of use on all devices
Radius search for auctions, auctioneers and lots
Save searches and favourite auctions to your dashboard
Activate E-alerts from saved searches with a single click
Your account preferences will not be affected, but unfortunately we can't transfer your password to the new site for security reasons.
Therefore, once the new website is live, you'll need to reset your password when you first login using the "forgotten password" option.
If you have keywords set up to trigger your E-alerts, these will also need to be re-entered. Simply go to the auction listing page, enter your keyword in the filter, click on "Create Auction Alerts" then repeat for every keyword (or any other search criteria) you wish to be alerted for.
"We hope you like the new site and you can rest assured we have lots of new development in the pipeline" Gemma added. "We apologise if there is any disruption of service but do let us know if you experience any issues. We would love to hear your feedback, good or bad, so please feel free to drop us an email at [email protected]."
