Collection Dates:
Wednesday 01st April - Friday 17th April Strictly via appointment only
1. Collection dates and time slots to be provided and coordinated by the university. These need to be agreed by LMU in advance of collections
2. Winning bidders will need to submit RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) outlining how items will be removed from the building for to LMU to review and approve, 1wk in advance of agreed collection dates.
3. LMU to provide collection logistics layouts, mapping collection routes through the building which winning bidders or their representatives must adhere to.
4. All appropriate PPE must be worn during decommissioning of machinery.
5. Any other LMU H&S requirements which will be advised in advance.
6. Any LMU access or collections queries must be raised via the BPI, who will forward them on to LMU
7. It is strongly advised all bidders attend one of the viewing days to assess access requirements
