A fully operational Karcher Professional CB Line twin bay carwash and dryer, capable of washing 2 vehicles at once and can be used in either direction. Used in the process of pre bagging new Land Rover cars, although this requirement was quickly abandoned and the machine has done very little work since installation.
The machine has been regularly maintained by Karcher. The unit features 2 x moving and fully working with no faults highlighted washer / dryer units with tracks, undercarriage washer floor mounted units, power lances, complete pump house facility and corrugated L shape surround building incorporating the car wash and pump house. the floor space of the entire unit is 20,200mm x 9500mm x 3800mm high, floor plan diagrams can be seen in the images along with external and internal images.
The unit, when new cost £220,000 plus installation.
Removal of goods: The safe removal of the entire machine and surround is the responsibility of the buyer, JLR have agreed to decommission the unit prior to removal to include disconnection of electric mains, disconnection of water mains, complete flush out and final run test. the surrounding area will be clean good clear access will be granted, Any buried pipework will not be included.
The buyer will need to provide the following prior to removal: Method Statement, RAMS, Adequate 'work on site' insurance, and full PPE on site to include safety boots and high visibility clothing.
The machine must be removed no later than Thursday 29th February 2024, The buyer must provide all lifting and handling equipment, It may be possible to engage the help of a third party decommissioning agent such as Karcher, in this case the same terms apply.
There will be two viewing days only Monday 8th January and Monday 15th January between 10.00am and 4.00 pm, Viewers must book an appointment for all site visits (contact Stuart on 07508 302206) and report to Gate 1 (L24 9BJ) to sign in. Viewers must wear high visibility clothing and safety boots. No other viewing opportunities are available outside of the dates provided.
