Hilco is offering a substantial brewery equipment sale in Perth, Scotland, featuring a 37,500 hL per year capacity brewhouse and a wide range of ancillary assets.

A Private Treaty sale for the entire Brewhouse process and ancillary assets will be considered prior to the Online Auction, with a deadline for offers on or before 12 noon,

Removal

Removal Deadline: Friday 29 May 2026, 4:00pm BST

Removal Hours: Tuesday 7 April – Friday 29 May, 9:00am – 4:00pm BST, Excluding Weekends. Strictly by Prior Appointment Only

Collection is only permitted once a paid in full invoice has been received

The Buyer and or their removal contractor must supply their own lifting equipment, method statements and risk assessments, copies of all relevant insurances documents and operator licenses must be supplied and approved ahead of any item being dismantled or moved in accordance with Health & Safety policies. Site attendance for the duration of the removal process to be confirmed and agreed in advance

Anyone attending site will be required to wear the relevant PPE workwear including Hi-Viz Vest/Jacket and Safety Footwear

Terms & Conditions

Should no suitable Private Treaty offers be received, the Brewhouse process and ancillary assets will be sold by Online Auction, closing on Thursday 16 April 2026

Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be applicable to this sale if sold by Private Treaty and 18% if sold by online auction

VAT at 20% will be added to the total price and Buyer’s Premium. Purchasers from overseas should note that the VAT on the Buyer’s Premium is not recoverable

Please note payment is by bank transfer only

All payments must be cleared in our account by Tuesday 7 April 2026, 12 noon BST, if sold by Private Treaty. This date overrules any other terms and if payment is not received by this date, the Private Treaty sale is void.

All Lots must be removed by Friday 29 May 2026, 4:00pm BST

All persons arriving on site must report to the entrance and complete the signing in procedure book
