Clearance of lots.

Clearance will be strictly controlled, and by appointment only. Any parties attending at the site/sites without an appointment will not be given access under any circumstances. Purchasers will be given a specific time slot in which to collect their lots and will be required to leave the sites at the expiration of their time slot.

Goods to be cleared strictly by appointment before Friday 15th December 2023 (excluding weekend). There can be no extension to the clearance deadline.

Payment of Invoices

We are unable to accept Credit Cards or Debit Cards for invoice payments. For reference the card details you provide during registration are for Bidspotter/i-Bidder security purposes ONLY and are NOT passed onto ICP Auctions.

For Payment of ICP Action Invoices we only accept bank transfer

All lots must be paid for in full by 5pm Friday 15th December 2023. The only acceptable method of payment is by bank transfer, we will not accept cash payments under any circumstances. If the purchasers fail to pay by the deadline of 4.00pm on the Friday 15th December 2023, we reserve the right to rescind the sale and sell the goods anywhere, pursuing the original purchaser for any shortfall if the goods sell for less than their original bids.

If you are unable to meet the deadlines set out above for payment or clearance, which is before please do not bid at this sale.

Value Added Tax

VAT @ 20% will be charge on all lots, this includes any lots purchased by overseas buyers for export. This charge is NON-NEGOTIABLE and is applied to all purchasers irrespective of the VAT regulations of their own country / countries. VAT refunds will only be given upon receipt of the appropriate and necessary export documents showing and confirming export of the asset / assets has taken place. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £50 plus vat for administering vat refunds.

Purchase of goods/assets using a finance company

If Buyers wish to purchase goods with the help of a finance company, they should make arrangements well in advance of the Sale to ensure that they are able to make payment in accordance with the conditions of sale. Any re-invoicing to Finance Companies will incur an administration charge of £150 plus vat

Registering to bid

Please ensure that you register in the name / company name in which you wish to be invoiced. An administration fee of £35 plus vat will be levied to your invoice for amending an invoice name and address.

Equipment

Unless otherwise indicated, the equipment in this sale has NOT been tested and the lots are sold at the purchaser’s risk. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF EQUIPMENT IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY OR FAILS TO OPERATE.
