A collection note will be provided to the successful bidder with full address of the premises and contact details. Stock is located on 1 site over two floors - ground and first floor. First floor consists of seasonal stock and would take approximately 2 hours to clear. Two days will be permitted to clear the whole premises.
There is parking daily at the front of the building before 11am and again after 4pm. There is a carpark at the rear of the building for loading, but access to inside the premises is at the front only.
Please note: Staff members are on site during collection in a supervisory capacity only. It is the responsility of the purchaser to provide packaging materials for transit purposes and also enough manpower to carry the clearance out in a timely manner.
