All items except Lot 59 are located on site in Birkenhead. There will be the use of cranes for lifting, which are available on a first come/first served basis. The correct lifting gear onto vehicles must be provided by the purchaser.
JPS are in attendance in a supervisory capacity only, it is recommended purchasers attend with the correct manpower and tools for removals.
It is important to note the following:
- Some lots will require electrical/water/gas disconnection prior to removal. It is the buyers responsibility for this to be carried out by a competent/qualified professional. Please satisfy yourself of your requirements prior to bidding
- A satisfactory method statement, risk assessment and copy of public liability insurance will be required on some lots prior to removal
If you are unable to work with the clearance dates published, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: Full and cleared payment is due by 16.00 Thursday, 24 August 2023
CLEARANCE: will commence on Tuesday 29 August for 2 weeks.
Final day of collection will be Friday, 08 September 2023 or before. EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Book appointment via the CLICK AND COLLECT facility, which can be found on the email your invoice is attached to.
