Terms and Conditions -

Registration opens 96Hrs before bidding starts. In order to place a bid, you are required to register a credit or debit card for the bidder deposit. We will attempt to place a hold on funds via your card. No money will be taken now, however it will affect the available amount you have to spend on your card as the amount will be ring-fenced and you will not be able to spend it until the hold has been released. Should you be the winning bidder, the debit will take place immediately following the fall of the electronic gavel. If you are not a winning bidder then the hold on funds will be released from your card, but be aware that it can take 5-10 working days for the hold to be released Please be aware that these time scales are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control.

'In Brief' key Terms & Conditions include:

- All lots are SOLD AS SEEN; there are no guarantees.

- All bidders are deemed to have viewed the lot(s) being bid on. You are strongly advised to perform your own detailed inspection of the equipment prior to bidding.

- Our description and photographs are not sufficient to wholly rely on for the purposes of bidding.

- A buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases.

- All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.

- In relation to online bidding the person posting the bids online has to be the person who has registered for the auction.

- No refunds, credits or storage waivers will be given once acceptance and registration is approved. 

- Unless expressly stated, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the equipment or its components, including without limitation any representations or warranties concerning functionality, conformity or compliance with any safety standard or requirement of any applicable authority or regulatory body, fitness for any particular purpose, or merchantability.

BIDDING DEPOSIT: £550

We are not liable for any difference in transaction amounts due to exchange rates.

All commission is plus VAT and is calculated per Lot

COLLECTION: By appointment w/c 02 March 2026

Book Collection

Prior to collection, please be aware:

- Please be advised collection is strictly by appointment.

- All visitors must wear appropriate PPE (high-vis and steel-toe boots) before being permitted onsite.

- Full RAMS, Public Liability insurance, lift plan and details of labour competencies must be provided prior to collection and removal.

- All lots are located at Cahore Road, Draperstown BT45 7AP

- It is the responsibility of purchasers to bring all appropriate lifting equipment, tools and equipment for the safe removal and uplift of their purchases.

- Purchasers are responsible for the securing of all purchased items.
