There is NO on site parking during viewing. Please park on the road outside or in the car park opposite (you will need to buy a ticket).
This is a timed auction with each lot closing at 60 second intervals. Bids made within 5 minutes of the closing time will add an additional 5 minutes bidding time. This will continue until no further bids are received. NB It is essential to refresh your screen (F5) regularly. If you are unable to watch the auction you can leave a MAX BID. Auto bids will be made on your behalf at set increments. The final price may be below your MAX BID.
FEES: You will pay 35.6% on the hammer price on the lots in this auction. This is made up of 20% VAT on the hammer price (VAT registered vendor) together with 15.6% Buyer's Premium(10%BP plus 3% platform fees + VAT).
A £100 deposit is required for all bidders not known to the Auctioneers. This will be refunded automatically at the end of the sale if the bid is not successful. If the bid is successful, this sum will be used towards the final bill.
