The units were damaged on site whilst being lifted, it is thought that they may have both been lifted together at the same time.
Serial: 4ZW018XX
This unit appears less damaged than the second unit. Unit panel covers showed minor damage, but the chassis has several major dents. The feet of the unit have been badly damaged, and the air side heat exchanger shows signs of deformation. On removal of all the panels, the compressor and electrical box visually appeared undamaged.
Serial: 4ZW017XX
The second unit assessed was more badly damaged than the first. The unit panel covers have been majorly damaged and could not be removed from the unit to inspect the internals. The chassis has several major dents. The feet of the unit have been badly damaged or ripped off and the air side heat exchanger shows signs of deformation. The compressor could not be accessed to take its details.
In addition to the damage outlined above, damages include, but are not necessarily limited to, the TW-TH16 sensor being bent in half, the PAR-W31MAA controller being cracked and displaying evidence of water damage, and the MelcoBEMS A1M unit showing signs of water damage.
The units were moved from site to storage by a third party, and during the move some small loose items were lost during the move including but not limited to Bailey & MacKey differential pressure switches. Please examine the photos to confirm what is included.
The location has advised that the units are sitting on temporary timbers to allow a pallet truck to move them. They do not have forklifts on site, but they do have a pallet truck. The buyer is advised to bring a tail-lift vehicle for collection.
