Clearance of Goods

Clearance of goods cannot commence until payment is made in full and the health and safety disclaimer provided to all buyers is completed and returned. Access to site will not be granted until all invoices are settled.

The successful bidder is responsible for the decomissioining, removal and uplift of the entire contents of the lot.

Collection date(s) will be confirmed once payment is received; however, they will be on a strict appointment only basis.

As per our Terms and Conditions, we recommend all parties attend the view day and inspect the lots and their location within the property.
