Bidding Deposit: €1000. If bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit can be refunded upon request. To initiate a refund, email your name and address to [email protected].
All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Fees & VAT Explained:
- All Lots are subject to VAT at 23% per Lot unless otherwise stated. Where VAT is applicable, it will be noted against each Lot as VAT Status: Standard Rate.
- 15% Buyer’s Premium is applicable for all lots up to and including €5000.
- 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all lots €5001 and over.
- All lots are subject to a minimum fee of €10 or their respective percentage, with the higher amount being applied.
- Other fees maybe applicable and will be noted on the individual Lots.
- All fees are subject to 23% VAT.
Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the auction closing. Buyers may pay by a secure payment link, bank transfer, credit or debit card and cash. Please note: Payments CANNOT be made upon offsite collection.
- Credit or debit card payments above €1000 will not be accepted.
- A 0.7% charge will be applied on all cash transactions. Cash payments are capped at €8000 - this cap does not include the 0.7% charge.
- Bank Transfers - Please note Bank Details are on the bottom of our Invoice.
For those who fail to pay for their assets in the given time period, a €10 + VAT per asset, per day Late Fee will be added to your invoice.
