Bidding Deposit: €1000. If bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit can be refunded upon request. To initiate a refund, email your name and address to [email protected].
All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Once your invoice is paid in full, we kindly request that you arrange collection no later than 48 hours after the auction. Collections are strictly by appointment only for this auction, and appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Collection will be available from Wednesday 18th March - Monday 23rd March between 10AM and 3PM (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Please note: A storage fee of €50 + VAT per asset, per day will apply for any items not collected within the specified timeframe.
All assets must be removed no later than 5PM on Monday 23rd March Any items not collected by this deadline will be considered abandoned, may be resold, and the purchaser’s deposit forfeited.
