Bidding Deposit: €1000. If bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit can be refunded upon request. To initiate a refund, email your name and address to [email protected].
All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Fees & VAT Explained:
- All Lots are subject to VAT at 23% per Lot unless otherwise stated. Where VAT is applicable, it will be noted against each Lot as VAT Status: Standard Rate.
- This Auction is at 20% Buyers Premium Plus VAT and Minimum of € 10 Plus VAT
- Other fees maybe applicable and will be noted on the individual Lots.
- All fees are subject to 23% VAT.
Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the auction closing. Buyers may pay by a secure payment link, bank transfer, credit or debit card and cash. Please note: Payments CANNOT be made upon offsite collection.
- Credit or debit card payments above €1000 will not be accepted.
- A 0.7% charge will be applied on all cash transactions. Cash payments are capped at £7000/€7000, including the 0.7% charge.
- Bank Transfers - Please note Bank Details are on the bottom of our Invoice.
For those who fail to pay for their assets in the given time period, a €10 + VAT per asset, per day Late Fee will be added to your invoice.

Once your invoice is paid in full, we kindly request that you arrange collection no later than 48 hours after the auction. Collections are strictly by appointment only for this auction, and appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Collection will be available from Tuesday 10th February to Friday 13th February between 10AM and 3PM (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Please note: A storage fee of €50 + VAT per asset, per day will apply for any items not collected within the specified timeframe.
All assets must be removed no later than 5PM on Friday 13th February. Any items not collected by this deadline will be considered abandoned, may be resold, and the purchaser’s deposit forfeited.
Important Information:
- The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection.
- For all Purchasers outside Ireland, please ensure you have read the “Notice To All EU Customers"
- Purchasers are responsible for the dismantling, loading and securing of all purchased items on their invoice.
- Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you as unfortunately there is no lifting equipment onsite. No assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.
- Full PPE must be worn for any collection to comply with our Health & Safety procedure. Failure to do so will result in no entry.
- No Under 18's are permitted onsite for viewings or collections.
- If you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged. Wilsons Auctions’ staff will not prepare items for transport.
If Applicable:
RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.
