The assets will be delivered to Wilsons Auctions Dublin for Collection once paid in full and an appointment time and day arranged.
Important Auction Information:
- Bidding Deposit: €1000. If bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit can be refunded upon request via your Account or email your name and address to [email protected].
- All Gold Bars and Coins in this auction are investment-grade and therefore exempt from VAT, no VAT is added to the Hammer Price.
- All Lots are subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT on the buyers premium unless stated otherwise. Minimum Buyer's Premium of € 50 + VAT, VAT is at 23%.
- Auction Lots will time out in 1 minute 30 seconds intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
- For all Purchasers outside Ireland, please ensure you have read the “Notice To All EU Customers".
All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Payment:
All assets must be paid in full by Wednesday, 22nd April at 5:00 PM — no exceptions. Buyers may pay by a secure payment link or bank transfer ONLY. Cash and card payments will not be accepted for this auction. Payments cannot be made upon collection.
A late fee of €50 + VAT per asset, per day will be added to your invoice for any payments received after the deadline.
Collection:
This auction is strictly collection by appointment only, as the assets are not held onsite at Wilsons Auctions. The assets will be delivered to Wilsons Auctions Dublin for Collection once paid in full and an appointment time and day arranged.
