Deposit: €500 (Refundable on Request).
Buyers Premium: All Lots are plus VAT and subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT. Minimum Buyers premium of € 10 VAT per Lot. Unless stated otherwise.
VAT is at 23%. Please note there is NO VAT on the Asset just the Buyers Premium.
Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
All Electrical items are sold untested.
Some of these units have imperfections including Dents, Scratching or Damage, all these assets have not been tested for faults.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions
ONLINE PAYTMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday27th January by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice.
If sending a courier and need it packaged for collection we require the Courier name & Invoice numbers that the Courier will be collecting and they also must provide the Invoice Number on Collection.
Courier Services
All items purchased must be Collected Strictly by Appointment Only.
This Collection must be booked 48 Hours in advance. Items must be removed by Friday 30th January by 5pm or € 50 plus VAT per asset, per day Storage Charge will be added to your invoice. Items not removed from the premises by instructions above will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates.
