Payment can be made via the payment link, bank transfer or payments of up to £7,000 in cash can be accepted in our Belfast office with a 0.7% cash handling fee.
Collection:
- We require items to be collected within 5 working days from the close of the auction.
Courier/Delivery and Packing Services:
- Wilsons Auctions can provide a shipping service for watches, jewellery & small Luxury assets up to and including £50,000. The cost for this service is £50.00 +VAT per package.
- For larger items we can offer a packaging service, once an item has been packed, we will provide dimensions and weight of the package(s) to the buyer so they can book a collection with their chosen courier.
- Items sent to the EU and overseas may be subject to import fees imposed by the country of receipt. Potential buyers must be aware of any additional fees they may incur when importing items.
- Invoices cannot be added after collection is confirmed.
Delivery:
- You will be notified when items are packed and ready for courier collection (please allow 3 – 5 working days from receipt of payment) this timeline is not guaranteed, and you will be provided with a tracking number once available.
- If arranging your own courier and using our packing services we require courier details: Provide courier name, invoice numbers, and a label for your boxes.
