The UK property auction sector continues to evolve, with consolidation and scale increasingly shaping the competitive landscape.
Network Auctions has officially rebranded as BTG Eddisons Property Auctions after being acquired by the fast-growing national auctioneer in December, marking another step in the continued expansion of the group.
The London-based business becomes the fourth operation to join BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, following the integration of North West-based Pugh, SDL Property Auctions in the East Midlands and Yorkshire firm Mark Jenkinson. These three auction houses were brought together under a single national brand in February, having collectively achieved more than £375 million in property and land sales throughout 2025.
With the addition of Network Auctions, the group is now positioned as one of the UK’s largest property auction businesses, combining strong regional expertise with a broader national reach. The expanded platform delivers a full suite of auction formats, including live stream, multi-lot timed and single-lot timed sales. In total, BTG Eddisons Property Auctions is expected to bring around 350 lots to market each month, spanning residential and commercial property, as well as land and development opportunities.
Andrew Parker, Partner and Auctioneer at BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, said: “The addition of Network Auctions further strengthens our offering to a diverse client base, including businesses, private individuals, local authorities and other public sector bodies seeking to unlock value from surplus assets.”
“Operating under a single national brand enables us to deliver greater reach and resource to our clients, while Network Auctions benefits from the scale of the enlarged platform and access to BTG’s wider financial and real estate services.”
Network Auctions Director Toby Limbrick said: “This is a really positive step for us. We’ve built a strong reputation in the market over the years and becoming part of BTG Eddisons Property Auctions gives us the platform to take that even further.”
“It means we can offer our clients greater reach, more resource and access to a broader range of buyers, while still delivering the same personal service. Being part of a larger national business also opens up new opportunities for growth, both in London and beyond, which is hugely exciting for us.”
BTG Eddisons Property Auctions operates nationwide through a network of regional offices, providing a wide range of property and land opportunities to both private and public sector clients. The business continues to invest in technology-enabled auction formats, including live stream and timed sales, helping buyers and sellers transact efficiently from anywhere in the UK.
The move also forms part of a wider group rebrand, following the transition from Begbies Traynor Group to BTG. As part of this, Eddisons, the Leeds-headquartered property consultancy acquired by the group 11 years ago, has been renamed BTG Eddisons, aligning the brand across its services.
BTG Eddisons operates as a UK-wide property consultancy, bringing together surveyors, agents, auctioneers and advisors under one integrated platform. With a network of more than 35 offices and over 180 years of heritage, the firm supports clients across the commercial, residential and public sectors, delivering services spanning property auctions, asset sales, valuations, consultancy and advisory. As part of the wider BTG group, it combines local market insight with national scale to help clients unlock value across property and business assets.
