David Smith and Neil Warburton established the company in April 1992. Thirty years on it has expanded nationally and continues to provide a wide range of services to its loyal client base, both at home and abroad.
Charterfields is a multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveying practice offering valuation, appraisal, assessment and disposal services to clients and intermediaries, in a wide range of business sectors. Since 1992, we have remained a privately owned, independent, practice that is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We offer a comprehensive range of services covering; insurance, financial reporting, property advisory, capital allowances, asset management, compulsory purchase, asset based lending, business recovery and asset disposal purposes.
Charterfields’ Business Recovery Team has the expertise and in-depth market knowledge to deliver an innovative and tailored approach to achieve the best possible results in business recovery and insolvency scenarios. If business needs are wider, we link our Corporate Valuation and Asset Disposal divisions to support a client, covering every area, from SIP16 reporting to asset recovery and disposal.
THANK YOU! Charterfields would like to thank all our customers, employees and supporters over the last three decades, and we look forward to a successful future together.
