Eddisons Expands Auctions Presence with Network Auctions Acquisition

Leeds-headquartered property consultancy Eddisons has strengthened its auctions division with the acquisition of London-based Network Auctions.

Founded in 2005, Network Auctions has become known for its consistent delivery of residential and commercial property sales through monthly online auctions. Their integration into Eddisons’ operations expands an already extensive auction portfolio, which includes Pugh & Co, SDL Property Auctions and Mark Jenkinson. The move brings together a collection of respected brands and further positions Eddisons as a leading multi-brand auction provider nationwide.

The deal not only broadens Eddisons’ regional coverage but also enhances its in-house expertise. Five experienced members of staff will join Eddisons’ auctions division, including directors Toby Limbrick, Stuart Elliott and Guy Charrison, each bringing years of industry experience and established client relationships.

Andrew Parker, who heads the Eddisons property auctions division, welcomed the acquisition, saying:

The acquisition reinforces Eddisons’ ongoing strategy of expansion, both organically and through targeted acquisitions. In the past year, the firm recorded revenue of more than £46m and has completed eight strategic acquisitions over the last five years. The addition of Network Auctions represents another step forward as Eddisons continues to strengthen its nationwide coverage and enhance the services offered to buyers and sellers across the UK.
