Olivia Proudley MRICS, Director at Proudley Associates, has won the R3 Young Professionals Award 2026, recognising her achievements and contribution to the insolvency, restructuring and business recovery sectors.
The award was presented at the R3 Business Lunch, an annual industry gathering organised by R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. The event brought together almost 600 professionals from across the UK to celebrate achievements, share knowledge and strengthen connections across the profession.
The R3 Young Professionals Awards celebrate emerging talent and individuals making a positive contribution to their field. They recognise the expertise, commitment and achievements of professionals helping to shape the future of insolvency and restructuring, highlighting the important role the next generation plays in the industry.
As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Director at Proudley Associates, Olivia works with insolvency practitioners, lenders and businesses, providing specialist valuation and asset advisory services. Her work includes asset disposals, property valuations and related consultancy, helping clients make informed decisions in often complex circumstances.
Attending the event alongside Mark Proudley, Olivia joined fellow professionals to celebrate the achievements of those working across the sector. The occasion also offered an opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues and establish new professional relationships. During the event, she met Stephen Rome, Chair of the award judging panel, as well as fellow award winners Frances Coulson, Nick Harris and Lucinda Coleman.
Alongside celebrating professional achievement, the R3 Business Lunch raised funds for Alfie's Squad, a charity providing face-to-face peer support for children and young people bereaved by suicide.
Guests heard from Alfie, who shared his experience of losing his father at the age of eight and explained his determination to help other young people facing similar circumstances. His story brought an important personal perspective to the event, highlighting the value of support for those dealing with bereavement.
The fundraising initiative was a reminder of how industry events can bring people together to support causes beyond their professional lives, alongside celebrating the achievements of those working within the sector.
Olivia's achievement is a significant milestone for Proudley Associates, an independent firm providing specialist valuation, asset disposal and consultancy services.
The firm works with insolvency practitioners, lenders, businesses and other professional clients, offering expertise to support decisions involving property and assets. Its services play an important role in situations where accurate valuations, considered advice and effective asset realisation are essential.
Olivia's recognition at the R3 Young Professionals Awards reflects her contribution to the profession and marks a proud moment for the firm, highlighting the value of specialist expertise and the next generation of talent within the insolvency and restructuring sector.
