Talbott's MWE 999 (999 KW) Biomass boiler system, Untha LR1000 Heavy duty waste shredder extraction and screw feed, installed new in 2015 by Talbott's at a cost of £378,030 plus VAT.
The unit is currently serving a 85,000 square feet facility and is in full working order. The unit is providing the entire heating of the facility including central heating to offices. The lot includes MWE 999 Boiler, Ceramic filters, pneumatic damper and branch connection to chipper, walkway, ladder, rotary valve, two way changeover damper and ducting, computerised control panel, Automatic ignition, automatic heat exchange cleaning and auto-de ashing, double skin stainless flue, screw auger feed from main hopper, Transfer fan, Automatic heat dissipater, / summer dump, Hydrovane compressor and drier.
It is understood that when the unit was installed, a RHI scheme was put in place of which approx. 8 years remains. RHI Subsidy equates to 65,000 per annum and an annual gas saving of £25,000 based on this facility,
The lot also includes the Talbott's fuel storage bunker and screw feed to the boiler, Air Plants Factory Extraction system (exterior of building) with 2 x 90kw motors, rotary valve, Automatic shutoff gates, complete control panel, Waste storage bunker, huge quantity of waste ductwork throughout the factory (not including close to and ductwork specific to individual machines)

Any prospective bidder MUST visit the site to carry out an inspection of the lot and sign a waiver to accept the terms of bidding on this lot.
A deposit will be required prior to bidding. This lot must be removed from the site in a clean and safe manner, leaving no damage to the building. Any holes must be repaired by the buyer and carried out in a good and timely manner.
Method statements, insurance and RAMS will be required as will full PPE on site.
