An oil service was undertaken by VW in September 2025 and during the health check it was reported that the vehicle had damage, faults and issues. A one hour diagnostic check was authorised which revealed that the vehicle has numerous faults and damage which includes but is NOT LIMITED TO the following; 12v Battery required, Heavy damage and split CAN wires OSF under bonnet. Faults for both front crash sensor circuitryG190+G283. Crash shut off stored in memory. Incorrect rear coupling fitted VIN error and fault stating service due, Adaptive cruise control calibration and alignment required, Radiator fan open circuit, Air-conditioning faults low refrigerant stored suspect damage to Air-conditioning system, Tyres unsafe – all require replacement and not road legal.
The vehicle will therefore require collection by recovery and tested prior to use to ensure road safely compliance. As such, the vehicle is offered for sale on the basis of “sold as seen” & “as is”, it is entirely the purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the vehicle prior to placing bids.
