Registration opens 48hrs before bidding starts. In order to place a bid, you are required to register a credit or debit card for the bidder deposit. We will attempt to place a hold on funds via your card. No money will be taken now, however it will affect the available amount you have to spend on your card as the amount will be ring-fenced and you will not be able to spend it until the hold has been released. Should you be the winning bidder, the debit will take place immediately following the fall of the electronic gavel. If you are not a winning bidder then the hold on funds will be released from your card, but be aware that it can take 5-10 working days for the hold to be released. Please be aware that these time scales are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control.

- Lots are located at two different addresses - Mossvale Road, Dromore BT25 1DG & 5 Ballygowan Road, Hillsborough BT26 6HX
- Purchasers of Lots 1–13 are responsible for arranging their own loading and transport. MUA will not provide loading assistance for these lots.
- It is the responsibility of purchasers to bring all appropriate tools and equipment for the safe removal and uplift of their purchases.
- Purchasers are responsible for the securing of all purchased items
