In July this year, the machine was being used to remove ash. The unit was facing an overhang of product on the raw ash pile when a large section of the stockpile collapsed onto the machine, resulting in impact damage mainly focused on the front of the excavator.
Damage includes but is not necessarily limited to: the front of the excavator, the undercarriage and battery box on the front right hand side, associated wiring on this side, the demolition specification safety cage is visibly bent inwards, the front cab window shattered, structural compromise to the cab, etc.

Load out: The unit is a non runner currently and would require an engineer to attend a start/jump start as the batteries are crushed and inoperable.

(ii) Removal Deadline: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, the Buyer shall immediately pick up the Goods from the location as provided by the Seller within 8 working days after the invoice is generated. Exceeding this deadline may incur additional fees and forfeiture unless a prior agreement has been made by the successful buyer and the storage location.

(i) Seller Select: After the lot closes the listing will be in "provisionally sold status", we expect the seller to accept or reject the approved bid within 2 days. If the bid is approved, the buyer will receive an invoice for payment. If the bid is not accepted we will notify the buyer of this.
(ii) As is, Where is: This listing is sold "As is, where is" and unless stated otherwise in the listing, the Company or the Seller a) expressly disclaims the appropriateness of the Good to be exported from, or imported to, any country and b) the ability to provide any assistance in regards to the customs, export, import or any documentation.
(iii) As is, where is: Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export and import activities, and all associated costs is the sole responsibility of the Buyer unless expressly stated in the listing.
(iv) Extended Bidding: If a higher offer is received in the last 3 minutes of the auction, then the auction will extend for a further 3 minutes until there are no higher offers within a 3 minute interval.
