The sale includes our usual variety of combination ovens, cookers, grills, fryers, microwaves, steamers, griddles and other cooking equipment. A choice of stainless steel tables, sinks, pot racks and wall shelves. There is a wide choice of refrigeration to include single and double door fridges and freezers, display units, counter fridges, blast chillers, floor standing and bench top ice machines. We also have washing up covered with pass through dishwashers, under counter and bench top washers. Plus this sale in particular has an enormous choice of glassware, crockery and cutlery plus other light equipment and a choice of furniture.

Lots could have faults or missing parts so it is very important that you carefully inspect items you are interested in buying before the sale takes place. There are no guarantees given when buying at auction. The absence of a condition report does not constitute a guarantee.
Bidding
This is a timed auction with online bidding only, available through the auction platforms as listed on the auction webpage.
Sale closes: Wednesday 21st January
Bids close from: 11am (subject to staggered timing and the ten-minute rule)
Prospective buyers will need to register via the relevant platform for online bidding.
Buyers’ Premium and Online Fee
A buyers’ premium at 17.5% plus VAT, will be added to the bid price of each lot.
Lots purchased online also attract a platform fee of 3% plus VAT.
VAT
Some lots in this sale are sold by VAT registered vendors and will additionally attract VAT on the hammer price. Please refer to descriptions in the catalogue and the ‘additional fee’ box when bidding.
Collection
Strictly on Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday following the sale 9am – 4pm.
Items not collected by this time will be treated as abandoned and disposed of as the auctioneer sees fit.
Dismantling, loading and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. All lots are at the buyer’s risk from the fall of the hammer.
Shipping
We do not offer shipping on this auction. If not collecting yourself please ensure that your courier can adhere to the collection dates/times; are able to collect lots in the condition they are pictured; and are provided with all relevant details and copy invoices in order to be able to collect on your behalf.
Payment
On successful purchase of items at auction, payment of your invoice should be made via any of the following accepted methods of payment as per our terms:
- Cash
- Debit card (in person)
- Direct bank transfer (details on invoice)
Note: We do not accept any form of credit card payment or any type of card payment over the telephone.
Attention is drawn to the Auctioneers Conditions of Sale. In particular, it is emphasised that all accounts must be settled on the day of sale. Please always remember that the lots purchased are at your own risk from the fall of the hammer, it is therefore in your own interest to get everything paid and collected as soon as possible.
Online Registration
In completing the online bidder registration and providing your payment card details you:
(i) confirm that you are authorised to provide these card details to the auctioneer and have sufficient funds available to complete the transaction.
(ii) agree to abide by the auctioneer’s conditions of sale and special terms and conditions as stated in these particulars and on the online bidding platform.
(iii) agree to make payment via the methods and timescales stated above at the completion of the auction and authorise the auctioneer that on failing to do so the registered card may be charged in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased.
