Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection.

Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT and subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers Premium €7 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.
For those who fail to pay for their assets in the given time period, a €10 + VAT per asset, per day Late Fee will be added to your invoice.
Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
All Electrical items are sold untested
All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.

This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only.
All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 7th October 5pm - No Exceptions or €10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice.
Collections: are strictly by appointment Collection dates are Wednesday 7th October Until Monday 12th October between 9AM and 4PM (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). (Last Appointment 3pm) by pre-booked appointment only. There will be no more dates available for collections after this date. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times. Any items not collected by this deadline will be considered abandoned, may be resold, and the purchaser’s deposit forfeited.
The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection - Please make sure you have the correct lifting & loading equipment with you as there is no lifting and loading equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.

- Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you as unfortunately there is no lifting equipment onsite. No assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.
- Full PPE must be worn for any collection to comply with our Health & Safety procedure. Failure to do so will result in no entry.
- No Under 18's are permitted onsite for viewings or collections.
- If you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged. Wilsons Auctions’ staff will not prepare items for transport.
