All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. Fees & VAT Explained:
All Lots are subject to Buyer’s Premium 20% + VAT unless stated otherwise.
Minimum Buyer’s Premium of £7.50 + VAT per Lot
Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the auction closing. Buyers may pay by a secure payment link, bank transfer, credit or debit card and cash.
Credit or debit card payments above £1000 will not be accepted.
A 1% charge will be applied on all cash transactions. Cash payments are capped at £7000 - this cap does not include the 1% charge.
Collection
Once your invoice is paid in full, we kindly request that you arrange collection no later than 72 hours after the auction. Failure to arrange collection or collect in person within the required timeframe will result in uncollected items being re-allocated to auction to cover storage costs.
Courier Collections/Packaging Services
Wilsons Auctions can facilitate courier collections, we can also provide packaging services at an additional cost, however, the onus is solely on the purchaser for collection.
