Payment, Collection and Storage Terms
Payment: Made in full with in 48 Hours.
Collection deadline: The buyer must retrieve the vessel/s within 5 calendar days of the sale date.
Buyer responsibility: The buyer is responsible for organising and paying for all collection arrangements, including marina access, lifting, launching, loading, transport, insurance, permits, and any specialist contractors required.
Continued marina storage: If the vessel cannot be collected within the 5 day period, the buyer must contact the marina directly and arrange continued storage at the buyer’s own cost. Any continued storage is subject to the marina’s prior agreement, availability, charges, and terms.
No guarantee of storage: Continued storage is not included in the sale and is not guaranteed by the seller. The buyer remains responsible for collection and for any charges, risks, or consequences arising after the collection deadline.
