Scott Murray and Ian Davison of Keenan CF were appointed as Joint Administrators of Jans Composites Ltd (“the Company”) on 19 May 2025.
Wilsons Auctions has been appointed by the Joint Administrators to market for sale the assets of the Company.
The Company operations within the Moy Facility (Unit 2, 29 Ballycullen Road, Moy, BT71 7SO) comprises of a Composite Panel Production Line which was used by the Company to make composite panels for coachbuilding, but which can also be adapted for several other applications. The line was purchased by the Company and installed in November 2023.
The production line features a Hundegger CNC 5-Axis Panel Saw, ensuring precision cutting for highly accurate panel fabrication. A fully automated glue adhesive line optimises bonding strength and efficiency, preparing panels for pressing. The presshouse provides controlled pressure to enhance structural integrity, while the overhead gantry crane facilitates seamless material movement. Additionally, the automated pneumatic panel removal system streamlines handling and transfer, significantly reducing manual intervention while maximising productivity.
The production line is housed in a 30,000 sq. ft leasehold factory and is operated by a skilled technician with significant knowledge and experience working with the production line.
