All assets are ‘Sold As Seen’ under auction terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves regarding the condition, description, and quantity of each lot. All sales are final upon the fall of the hammer and purchasers are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Fees & VAT Explained:
All Lots are subject to VAT at 23% per Lot unless otherwise stated. Where VAT is applicable, it will be noted against each Lot as VAT Status: Standard Rate.
This Auction is at 20% Buyers Premium Plus VAT and Minimum of € 10 Plus VAT
Other fees maybe applicable and will be noted on the individual Lots.
All fees are subject to 23% VAT.
Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the auction closing. Buyers may pay by a secure payment link, bank transfer, credit or debit card and cash. Please note: Payments CANNOT be made upon offsite collection.
Credit or debit card payments above €1000 will not be accepted.
A 0.7% charge will be applied on all cash transactions. Cash payments are capped at £7000/€7000, including the 0.7% charge.

For those who fail to pay for their assets in the given time period, a €10 + VAT per asset, per day Late Fee will be added to your invoice.
