Each item receives a unique digital tag via the BidHarvest® QR Photo Upload Tool. Auctioneers can capture and upload multiple high-resolution images directly against the QR code, syncing instantly with the correct listing.
The same QR codes are used on yard labels: clients can scan a machine’s label to open its online listing - photos, details and bidding links - directly on their phone. Internal teams scanning the same code will instead open the consignment card for that item.

Every figure feeds into summary reporting within the auction manager, enabling direct transfer of lot results, commissions and VAT information into accounting systems.
