BPI Secures ISO 27001 Certification, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Data Security

BPI has announced that it has successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This accreditation highlights the organisation’s continued commitment to safeguarding data, managing risk effectively and maintaining robust security standards across its operations.

ISO 27001 assesses the strength and maturity of an organisation’s approach to information security, including the ISMS framework, internal audit processes, management reviews and risk management procedures. An independent audit confirmed that BPI’s management system provides the required level of control and is both fully effective and consistently applied throughout the business.

Auditors reported that the organisation’s context is clearly defined, with leadership and commitment evident across all levels. Operational controls and compliance were found to be strong in every area reviewed. They also noted that documented information is readily available, up-to-date and well understood by colleagues, with key policy commitments being reliably adhered to in practice.

This latest certification adds to BPI’s existing portfolio of accreditations, which includes ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
